very nice hotel and the staff was very friendey

We are never disappointed with the Courtyard. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful and clean staff very friendly, service very good. I would just have two things to note for future guests. Asked before we came was parking included in booking a room and they said yes, however when we arrived there was no parking and I had to put my car in car park that needed to be paid for until a space became available.I felt the girl at reception did not deal with this situation well. Also would have liking tea/ Coffe facilities in room.

Had another great stay, can't say enough about how helpful and pleasant all the staff are. From reception to Bar & Restaurant. Would definitely recommend to family & friends. Looking forward to our next stay
