2nd stay here in as many weeks and just as good as the last time. Room was better to be honest as it was on other side of the hotel facing the river. Excellent hotel and rooms are a great standard

Have stayed here on a number of occasions,Owen on reception has always been more than helpfull even managed to get me a jump start after running down my battery overnight.To have your breakfast served to you at the table makes all the difference,evening meal first class food and no complaints with the service.If every hotel in this country had someone as pleasent as Owen at reception we would have a lot more visitors to this country,many thanks again Brendan.

Attended a wedding there on Saturday 7th March. Staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient, food and service were high standard, and room was clean and comfortable. I will recommend to my friends and colleagues when they come to visit.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and on this stay, I may well have complained about the noise every night outside my bedroom from the night club. However, the outstanding customer service from the concierge (and I am sorry I did not get his name) made me feel so welcomed and special, that I did not have the heart to. You have an amazing staff member there, well done.
