Fantastic staff! I was well cared for my entire stay. My only comment for improvement would be that my bath towels each day were full of lint and when I dried after showering the lint woudl stick all over my body.

The hotel is a very high standard with friendly staff and it has an excellent location close to the river. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.
