excellant service and a gorgous hotel in a brillant location.

The only negative comment I had on the maintenence is that there was a strong smell of cigerettes in the bedroom and the hall also. I was staying in Room No 205. The lady that was in reception when I was checking out was extremely friendly and gave a really good impression of the hotel. She is a great asset to your staff

Had a brilliant stay at the Courtyard Hotel. P.J. on reception went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. All the staff were very friendly and it was well worth the visit for the hospitality we received alone. We will definitely be back to stay, as we have not stopped talking about it since we came home! Expect to see our friends and family from Newry & Mourne! 12/10 :)
