This was our second stay at the Courtyard, and as before we were greatly impressed with both the quality/cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. In particular, we want to thank Owen at Reception for his helpfulness, and Barbara in the restaurant for making us feel so relaxed and welcome. The only negative we found this time was not the fault of the staff. On both nights of our stay we were woken several times by loud and rowdy guests making their way to their rooms in the middle of the night. As we had early starts on both mornings, this took away from our experience at the hotel. However, we want to express our appreciation and thanks to all at the Courtyard Hotel for making our stay an enjoyable one - we will be back!

Reception staff so friendly and informative. Good atmosphere in the bar. rooms were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

i was not happy with the meal i was expecting to recieve the a la carte menu and not the early bird. also with the early bird it said that a bottle of wine was included but this was not the case so this is false advertisment. Some of the satff members in the restaurant were not very nice mainly the manager, i felt this was due to us been a young couple. I was very impressed with Owen in reception he was very friendly.
