My husband and myself are both elderly and requested accommodation near the lift - that was arranged and we were immediately informed by email from Barbara. That was the sort of responsiveness we received throughout our stay. All the reception staff addressed our enquiries efficiently and knowledgeably. Our beds were comfortable and as we were on the river side it was really quiet so we had a good night's sleep. There was a good menu choice both at breakfast and dinner, food was delicious and price reasonable. The bar food also was very good and the bar staff helpful and friendly. The hotel location is remarkably convenient for Dublin City or Dublin Airport ( we only discovered the hourly service by the Airport Hopper once we were in Leixlip - this we used on the return part of our journey, convenient, efficient and economical). There is also a regular , reliable half-hourly bus service to Dublin or Maynooth. Thank you to Margaret for printing our boarding passes and answering all our pesky questions. Had a great stay, all the staff were very helpfull and friendly. The room was very comfortable of high standard. All services were exceptional and of high quality. Will definatley stay again
