Loved my stay here. I have to say you've the most courteous, friendly staff. My room was excellent and the bed so big and comfy. Breakfast and dinner were top class. I will definitely be returning. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Cannot say enough about the restaurant staff and receptionist. Excellent service and the food was fantastic. The bar staff could do a bit more on the service side. Overall an excellent experience - will be back again

We have stayed at the Courtyard on many occasions in summer and winter. The staff are always helpful and friendly and food in restaurant and Arthur's Bar is fantastic. Would recommend it to anyone.

1. Reception team excellent, upgraded to executive suite when told that our stay was for a birthday. 2. Maintenance good, although we did get stuck in lift for 10 minutes and used stairs for remainder of our stay. 3. Service in restaurant slightly disappointing , although breakfast was very good, on final morning of our stay we waited almost 15 minutes before having to approach staff to place order and it wasn't busy. 4. Comfort of room excellent, room spacious, cleaned daily and comfortable bed. 5. Overall service, very good and will no doubt stay here again.
