Very happy with the service recieved from all the staff. Owen was helpful with maps for our onward journey but a very big thank you to the reception staff with whom we discussed a quiet room option prior to our arrival they certainly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort (see also tripadvisor under Patricia 1032
