A lovely hotel with great service, food in the riverside restaurant was delicious.

Really enjoyed my stay and Shona on reception was a great help, very friendly and professional .

Owen at reception/front desk is fantastic! Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful, one (but not the only) example, being him arranging a parking space for us when we arrived late on Sat night. Massive compliments to him and the general comfort and decor of the hotel, and the rooms generally. Will be sure to stay again soon!
